We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! The Kids R Kids Management Team is ready and willing to assist you with questions and concerns. We are available by phone and e-mail. We will also be happy to set up a conference if necessary.
Nancy Pieper - Owner - 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Nancy Pieper and her husband, John, are the owners of Kids `R` Kids Las Colinas. Nancy and John purchased Kids `R` Kids in 1998. Nancy is present in the center on a daily basis. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree and has completed her CDA coursework. She is certified in CPR and First Aid. Beth Miller - Director - 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Beth has worked with children since 1999 and joined the team at Kids `R` Kids in 2004. She earned her Child Development Associate Credential in 2003 and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Development and Family Studies with a minor in Social Sciences from the University of North Texas in 2007. Vivian Lari - Assistant Director - 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Vivian joined the Kids `R` Kids Team in 2001. She has a Bachelor`s Degree in Communications and Marketing. Before being promoted to Assistant Director, Vivian served as the school`s curriculum coordinator. Vivian`s email address is vivian@krklascolinas.com.
Tiffany Buffin - Curriculum Coordinator - 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Tiffany joined the Kids `R` Kids Team in 2008. She has a Bachelor`s Degree in Political Science from Baylor University. Before being promoted to curriculum coordinator, Tiffany was the lead teacher in our 2`s room. Tiffany`s email address is tiffany@krklascolinas.com.
All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty and personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations provide the staff with the skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences. |
